Interni Deco did a superb job on the refurbishment of my flat both in terms of project coordination and quality of the work. Cristian (contracts manager) has gathered a very professional team of workers who are reliable and do work of the utmost quality. I even received some praise from my decorator friends, who said that the job was done very (VERY) neatly. I was particularly impressed with how seriously Interni Deco team took my request, as it was quite an odd project. I wanted to refurbish my flat in accordance with Vastu (like Feng Shui but Indian), which involved requests like putting various metal strips around the perimeter of the property, drilling holes according to cardinal directions to put gemstones in specific places around the house etc. and all of it had to be done on certain dates according to the lunar calendar. Basically a completely mad request considering it's the 21st century outside. So I was expected to be ridiculed to an extent. However the team took my request quite seriously and measured everything to the milimeter and made sure that all of my crazy requests were met to the T. They made me feel very comfortable and there was not a single moment when I felt ridiculed. That is some exemplary customer service. We engaged Interni Deco to deliver a sensitive renovation to a regency flat in Pimlico, but we wanted a contemporary feel. Of all the potential contractors we met, Christian listened to what we wanted, provided his insight and experience and quickly understood what we were trying to achieve. Interni Deco recently renovated my apartment, replacing the bathroom completely, face-lifting the kitchen with new worktops and lighting, and redecorating the rest of the apartment. I am extremely happy with the results, the fit and finish of everything is excellent - it has all been beautifully executed. Christian and his team did an amazing job on our kitchen. We had quite an extensive list of changes as well as retro fitting an ex-display kitchen that we had bought. First hired Cristian to assist with fixing up a mess made by another handyman back in December 2017. Since then, no other person has been hired for any matters that needs repairing, etc around the house. He’s so trusted that he’s been provided keys to let himself into the house.
