Our story begins in the quiet hilltown of Gubbio, Italy, where craftsmanship is not just tradition, but a way of life. And it continues in London, where innovation and design meet the demands of a fast-evolving world.
We are a studio of artisans, designers, and visionaries, driven by the desire to shape spaces that feel as good as they look.
Our Story
InterniDeco was born from the collaboration between Michel D’Agostino and Cristian Neacsu, two craftsmen with a shared passion for materials, interiors, and the emotional power of well-designed spaces.
Their partnership began in 2004 in Gubbio, where the foundations of InterniDeco were first laid — one project at a time, always with attention to detail and a deep respect for materials.
In 2015, Cristian moved to London and established the company there, where it quickly evolved to meet the demands of a dynamic and design-forward city. What started as a small team grew into a full studio, serving residential and boutique commercial clients who value both timeless craftsmanship and contemporary aesthetics.
Today, InterniDeco operates as two separate yet kindred studios: one in Gubbio, led by Michel, and one in London, led by Cristian. While the two often collaborate on special projects, each brings its own perspective and energy — the enduring beauty and heritage of Italian craftsmanship, and the bold, ever-evolving rhythm of London design.
Meet the Team
Co-founder & CEO
Born in Romania but moved to Italy as a child, he will bring the beauty and perfection of Italian design to your homes. Cristian has a neck for understanding Client’s deep desires going beyond everyday practicality. Since founding InterniDeco in London, he has transitioned from hands-on execution to a leadership role, overseeing all aspects of the business and working closely with clients from concept to completion. Every project still carries his signature blend of precision, warmth, and vision.

CRISTIAN NEACSU
Co-founder & Designer
Born in Switzerland and shaped by a life surrounded by nature, art, and culture, Michel brings an intuitive, hands-on approach to design. His background in scenography, sculpture, and restoration has made him a true artisan with a deep respect for materials and form.
More than a designer, Michel is an artist. He is a prolific creator, working across disciplines and often crafting bespoke pieces for his clients. His artistic practice and professional work are deeply intertwined, each enriching the other — adding layers of meaning, texture, and individuality to every InterniDeco project he touches.
Based in Gubbio, Michel leads the Italian branch of InterniDeco. He occasionally collaborates on select London projects, bringing his distinct perspective and creative vision.
MICHEL D’AGOSTINO
Interior Architectural Designer
Elena is an Interior Architectural Designer at InterniDeco, where she transforms spaces into personal, purposeful, and emotionally resonant environments. She holds a degree in Interior Architecture and Design from London Metropolitan University and has been with InterniDeco since the beginning of her professional journey.
Her passion for art began in early childhood, with a love for drawing and painting that later blossomed into a deep fascination with architecture and interior spaces.
At InterniDeco, Elena is dedicated to turning spaces into experiences – where design is not just seen, but felt.
For her, interiors should tell a story, express energy, and create a true sense of belonging. With a deep love for art and a belief that “beauty is in everything”, she approaches each project with care, aiming to design spaces that are functional and full of soul and intention.
ELENA GEORGIANA FRINTO
Head of Operations
As Head of Operations, Mara brings a powerful blend of experience in property, marketing, and business development to the studio.
With a background in both the property sector and transformational business coaching, she bridges creativity with strategy, ensuring the business grows with clarity, cohesion, and aligned intention.
Known for her intuitive insight and ability to see both the big picture and the finer details, she plays a key role in shaping the studio’s growth and client experience. Passionate about meaningful relationships and aligned success, she supports the team in delivering work that is not only beautiful, but deeply impactful.
MARA MARCHESI
Interior Designer
Patrizia Silvagni is an interior designer qualified at the Chelsea College of Art and Design.
Of Italian origins, she has been involved in extensive portfolios of projects situated in London and abroad. Her main credo, is constantly seeking to deliver bespoke, innovative and stylish solutions while providing clients with efficient and cost conscious project management.
Her project mandates can range from large interior design projects - from the ground up - to single/limited space optimisation and design
